Personal Information means any data relating to you, other people named on the quote, policy, report or claim, another living individual who is identifiable by us or in a professional capacity when working for or as a business, and have a business relationship, transact business with us or provide us with a service.  If you provide us with Personal Information about someone else, we’ll assume that you have their permission to do so, where required. It is your responsibility to let any named person know about who we are and how this information will be processed.

We use a combination of technical, organisational and physical measures to make sure the way we collect, use, share, and store Personal Information meets both applicable regulations and our own high standards.
